Ovulation pain is felt by a woman when an egg bursts through a tiny follicle. The fallopian tube contracts in order to move this egg and when it ruptures, it can cause ovulation bleeding. This pain can be felt the same as a menstrual pain, but the pain originates on either left or right tube.
