Earth Foundation is fortunate that, if needed, our board member could help get us in contact with whoever is needed in the U.N.

The reason HAWAII feels so wonderful to tourists and locals is more than just the astounding beauty. It is also the 1,500 years that the indigenous Native Hawaiian people have put their energy, their mana, their hearts and souls into the land itself that does so much to make Hawaii FEEL and be as wonderful as it is. This is the “spirit of Aloha.” By teaming up preservation of both the ecology AND native culture, we create a unique way to really help SOLVE the problem of preserving indigenous lands that have been colonized—in Maui, the rest of Hawaii, and perhaps in other parts of the world.

Earth Foundation is a nonprofit, national media specialist team. The Pacific Rim is of immediate, vital interest to us. We are currently focusing on Hawaii + the Pacific. We are working to preserve Hawaii’s native culture + natural resources. Earth Foundation (“EF”) researches the State of Hawaii’s + Maui’s Agriculture, Energy and Water; helps protect Maui’s and Hawaii’s beaches + land; works with the Native Hawaiians on Maui and statewide and with Hispanics on Oahu; and helps protect the international public health of Hawaii, U.S. West Coast, and the Pacific from nuclear waste.

Earth Foundation’s main focus and expertise is to generate information through the media, EF’s website, and through flyers and posters, to give people information on facts and solutions, what to do, who to contact and how to contact them. Starting in February and March of 2004 Ed Laws referred and introduced EF’s Mr. C.T. Ryder to world class experts who are key professors and researchers at UH associated with UH Oceanography.

Dr. Ed Laws, Ph. D. Former Chairman Department of Oceanography University of Hawaii In April 2003 the President of the University of Hawaii referred Earth Foundation’s Mr. Ryder to Dr. Ed Laws then serving as Chairman of the UH Department of Oceanography. It was a great pleasure for EF’s Mr. Ryder to meet and form a relationship with the great gentleman Dr. Laws over a 1 ˝ year period. During that time, UH Oceanography Chairman Dr. Laws spent considerable time sharing substantial information with EF about Hawaii’s and the world’s oceans, other scientific information, public health, and the scientific method of research.
