There are a lot of ecstatic smiles today as Lenovo is awarded the Department of Education's 110 million-dollar tender on netbooks for school kids. With over 200,000 units to provide, and each netbook being powered by Microsoft Windows, there is little doubt that a lot of students are eagerly waiting for their own laptop computer.
